It doesn't look pretty but what's happening in this bottle of oats, malted oats, yeast and water will (on a larger scale) become Sea Level Oat Vodka. The next step is fermentation of 275 gallons of this stuff which we will distill down into the oat vodka.
Definitely cause for celebration!
